4365: Weapon dot procs of different types do not stack

Description

Different damage over time weapon proc types do not stack as they should like on live. The Matter damage over time (dot) weapon proc does not stack with the Body damage over time. Two swords are used. One sword has Body dot proc (Saeor's Flawless Fiery Sword), while the second sword has player crafted Matter dot proc (level 47)imbued. Two swords are used consecutively to active the dot procs. After the procs are activated from both swords; the Matter dot proc override the Body dot proc. On live these two type of Dot procs can run simultaniusly. This bug affects all weapon dot proc users, especically nightshades who invested in Viper realm ability.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use the Saeor's Flawless Fiery Sword and hit the target until the Body type damage over time (dot) proc is activated.
2. Switch to the player crafted sword with the Matter type damage over time and hit the target until the dot proc is activated.
3. On live these two types of damage over time do stack because they originated from different types of damages, example: Body and Matter.
4. The two dot types are still within their duration timers (20 seconds) and should run simultaniously. However, that does not happen.
5. The Matter dot proc from the player crafted sword overrides the Body type dot proc from the Saeor's Flawless Fiery Sword.

Intended Behavior

1. Categorize the damage types for each damage over time procs.
2. The two weapon proc types are Body and Matter
3: the two weaopons proc types once activated should run Simultaniously.
