Twice now after killing High Lord Modolfr in Varulvhamn in Skona Ravine the Shadowy Regal Cloak has dropped. Both times it was equipped, both times the character was saved, and both times upon logging back in the item disappeared. These incidents occurred immediately after the Shadowy Regal Cloak was altered due to a previous issue, and in alteration of the item it appears to now have an issue saving in inventories.
1. Kill High Lord Modolfr
2. Receive/Equip Shadowy Regal Cloak
3. Log out with cloak equipped
Quite simple, ensure the item remains in one's inventory and does not disappear.

These screenshots clearly show the item dropping, being equipped, and the character saving prior to logging out. The screenshots were taken after returning to the game, with the inventory panel open showing the item missing.
