the highlord drop it but after log the cloak has disappeared and the stats a wrong.
1. kill mob
2. item drops but wrong stats
3. after log the item has disappeared

realy the stats must was 4steach 7 con 7 qui
and when i log the cloak must was there and not disappeared
i hafe now lost my 3 cloak from the mob every when i log its not fine.
