0958: Eruven don't give The Hunt for Bristle quest [HIB]

Description

Eruven (Basar Connact 51.4k 27.3k) should give "The Hunt for Bristle" quest, following up Littewind and Fagan's wand.
It should be available from lev13

Reproduction Steps

1. Reach lev13, do the "Littlewind" and "Fagan's wand quests".
2. Go in Connact 51.4k, 27.3k
3. Talk with Eruven, try to take the quest

Intended Behavior

Eruven should give the quest (it gives a nice low lev pierce weapon)
