This quest does not reward the correct amount of coin. Quest finish dialog states 13 silver. Reward was 4 silver 3 copper. Almost all of the Hibernia low level quests give far lower silver than dialog states.

2. See quest dialog to finish, compare to coins received.

Coins should match quest dialog. 13 silver does not equal 4 silver.
This should be an easy fix to make the quest dialog and coin match.
