0929: i have lost MY ISSUES and additional emails

Description

i cannot remember all my issues. So the feature My issues as welcome. I noticed when using an other browser or when i clear my browsers cookies, that information will get lost
and i have to confirm my email address again in the account meanagement to be able to comment an exisiting issue or to create a new issue

Reproduction Steps

1. create one or more issues / add emails to your account
2. Clean your browser or simply take another browser (Chrome - Edge)

Your issues got lost. and the additional emails are gone

Intended Behavior

my additional emails shouldnt be deleted and i will be able to see my issues
the website should remember me once i have confirmed my email
