All starting guilds got privilage to speak in ally, but not TNN atventure guild.
1.create an elf
2.use /as <text>
3.Get message you cannot speak in alliance chat.
Not sure but seems like all of the other hib starting guilds got the privilage to do it but not the tnn adventure one. GM must have missed this, when seting up.
everyone on hib tnn adventure guild cannot speak in alliance chat.
