0092: power consumption issue for necro pet casting spells

Description

necro pet's casting spells are keep consuming power while keep clicking the spells.

but, owner(player)'s casting spells have no problem even if keep clicking the spells.

Reproduction Steps

1. summon pet
2. cast pet's casting spells like base line lifedrain spell
3. keep clicking that spells
4. compare with owner's casting spells like petheal spell or spec line lifedrain spell.

Intended Behavior

sorry, I have no idea how to fix this issue...

but i think devs can solve it!

this is just old necro vid, but it can't be proof for this issue.

i couldn't find any log for that. sorry.
