0915: Dathmul in Snowdonia north of Caer Hurbury

Description

I attacked dathmul (red con mob at 37) with theurg ice pets. I emptied my entire power bar worth of ice pets on him which brought him down to around 30%. Once it was clear that i would not be able to kill him i started running. He immediately put a bleed effect on me that did 18 dmg. When you mouse over the bleed effect it says it had a 1500 dmg range. However, Dathmul continued to "recast" his bleed effect on me every 3 seconds which continuously refreshed the effect. He was also able to do this from beyond clip range.

I thought i was safe and ran inside Caer Hurbury and tried to wait out the bleed effect. Dathmul came through the castle wall without aggroing any guards and proceeded to kill me. Once i died and released I STILL had the bleed effect going for 1 damage every tick without ending. I was unable to logout as a result of the bleed damage. I had to DC myself to get out of the game.

Once i logged back in the bleed effect was gone.

Reproduction Steps

1. Attack Dathmul
2. die
3. resurrect at your bindstone and keep dying

Intended Behavior

Dathmul should not perma aggro.
Dathmul's bleed effect should not have an apparently unlimited application range.
Dathmul's bleed effect should not be applied continuously every 3 seconds indefinitely from unlimited range.
Dathmul's bleed effect should not persist through death.
Dathmul should not be able to run by keep guards without getting aggro.

Evidence

Once you read my description of events it's pretty clear it's a bug. I'm sure it would have been funny to watch though.
