Under specific circumstances the quickcast wont be resettet, although the quickcast was used. So i could use it twice in a row. Cant replicate because its occurs sporadic.
1. create a lvl 11 necromancer spec Deathsight
2. Kill Ants in Camelot Hill near Mithras with the lvl 7 powerdrain cast
3. Use the Quickcast as often as possible
4. Try to catch the bug
The quickcast should have a proper Downtime after use.
