I tried to sell some loot to Kindara the bountypoint merchant. She offers me some cash but when I try to sell the item I got the message
{0} isn't interested in {1}
1. Get any normal loot and visit the bountypoint merchant in TNN/Camelot/Jordheim
2. left click the item and let him/her Appraise the item
3. try to sell the item to that merchant and have a look at the system dialogue
The correct System dialogue should be something like
"Kindara isn't interested in blue spinel" <--have a look at the screenshot
"<merchants name> isn't interested in <name of the item>"
This bug should be obvious but could be easy to prove by someone with access to a live account.
