0861: [Alb] Adder chain casting poison

Description

Adder mobs around Camelot hills cast poison far too much. So much so that the first ticks can act like a DD since they hit on each cast and reapply the poison. The poison seems to do a lot of damage in and of itself as well.

Reproduction Steps

1. Fight an adder in camelot hills in melee
2. Watch yourself die with constant green clouds over your head
3. Shake your fists at heathen gods in anger

Intended Behavior

Poison should be cast only once. If cast a second time the first tick should not be reapplied to act as a chain cast DD. And it's damage may need to be evaluated as it seemed a bit much.

Evidence

Adders do not do that on live. They usually proc effects of that nature about once a fight. But don't take my word for it, go fight a few when they are blue (I was a level 8 Friar) and decide for yourself if you think its fine or not.
