Protect Mandra from the Villainous Youths. Kill at least one. If they defeated you or don't appear, talk with Mandra again.
The youths very rarely spawn, and when they do the guards kill them before you can, and you do not get credit.
1. Take quest "Youth Gone Wrong"
2. Click on Mandra to spawn Youths
3. nothing happens or they spawn and the guards attack them
youth should spawn when you click on Mandra, Also guards should not path by and kill them when they do spawn...
I have been trying to do this quest for about 3 levels and never can rarely get them to spawn and every time they do a guard flies in and kills them stealing the credit.
