Description

Quest journal says to talk to Tell...should say Kell. Unable to turn in quest item to move to step 2. Kell won't take the item.

Reproduction Steps

1. Accept quest at 15
2. Read quest journal about Tell
3. Attempt to turn item into Kell

Intended Behavior

Journal should say Kell. Allow Kell to accept bear mask to move to step 3. Appears some people are completing quest. Randomly buggy?

Evidence

Quest would not continue. Kell would not take item. Also included SS of incorrect text.
