I noticed when I landed my hammer styles Revenge and Mjolnir's Fury that the mob's swing speed would increase instead of decrease. A friend tested it with the style Ragnarok and it also increased the mob's swing speed.
1. Load a melee toon that has access to haste debuff styles
2. Swing on a mob and gauge normal swing speed times
3. Land a haste debuff style and notice the increase in mob swing speed instead of the intended debuff effect.
I think its self explanatory but when you land a style that should reduce a target's swing speed they will actually swing less often.
I don't have any documentation on how this mechanic is intended to work but it should be very easy to prove.
