Description

I am not able to join fletching crafting guild in Tir na Nog. (Arziqua)

Reproduction Steps

1. Create bard
2. Go to Tir na Nog and speak with Arziqua
3. Try to join fletcher crafting guild

Intended Behavior

Let bards join fletching crafting guild in Tir na Nog.
