Description

Bolli's Leather Supplies gives "Choker of the Bear" which wasn't added until 1.69

Reproduction Steps

1. Complete quest from Bolli in Mularn
2. Receive reward

Intended Behavior

Quest should be giving exp and money only in 1.65.
