Nightshade and Ranger having stun on "Ice Storm" is not correct.
Patch 1.62 states clearly - The Ice Storm -> Tempest -> Supernova chain has been modified for Blademasters only (i.e. Rangers and Nightshades are not affected by this). The damage for each has been increased, and Ice Storm now has a short stun component.
Also the patchnotes sais what is light tank and no ranger or NS should be equalient with Celtic Dual mached to BM.

3. Compare the two
Fix the style(s) to current patch level. Or prove im wrong.

Could find the only evidence when they introduced the stun for Ice Storm for Rangers/NS from forum post that says it was itroduced @ 1.69 but not included in patchnotes.
