The Alb quest Search for Sil Is not implemented. It is supposed to be available at level 7 from Nob the Stableboy. It is not.
1. Go to Nob the Stableboy at the Stables east of COtswold
2. Be level 7-12
3. Try to talk to him.
The quest should be enabled as per the patch version of 1.65. It was available long before this.
