Gnome closed the other reported issue as invalid, but isn't a custom add, neither the quest related..

1. Jordheim Criere says Crelam in Galplen has a problem
2. You must be Level 27
3. Travel to Galplen, no Crelam inside Galplen.
Insert Crelam and the Steps you need to finish the Quest.
