0757: Igo and cave trow trollkarl don't attack

Description

Igo and cave trow trollkarls do not attack, move, or even acknowledge they are being hit.

Reproduction Steps

1. Enter spindehalla and move down past the bridge room to cave trow with with crusher and Igo
2. Pull Igo or either cave trow trollkarl
3. Watch as they stand there and get beat on

Intended Behavior

Fix the mobs so the trollkarls will cast their dots and Igo engages

Evidence

We pulled them five times to make sure it wasn't a fluke
