0743: Server saves are not made often enough

Description

Yesterday (2016/05/15) around 11pm EST, there has been a server crash.

I have transferred items from a character (A) to another (B) around 20 minutes before the crash.

(A) has been properly saved when I have logged it out and so neither items or golds are on it anymore.

(B) has not been saved when he received the stuff/golds and so, 20 minutes later, when the server crash happened, this character has been rolled back to the place and the statement it was at its connection, without the stuff and the golds.

Saves should be made every time a transfer is happening between two players, and every 5 minutes according to me to avoid this kind of issue.

Reproduction Steps

1. Transfer some stuff from a character (A) to another one (B).
2. Keep (B) logged without quitting the game and wait around 20 minutes.
3. Crash the server. The transferred stuff won't be on (A) anymore as it has been properly saved during (A)'s disconnection, but it won't be on (B) neither as the client/server didn't make/request saves within the 20 minutes.

Intended Behavior

Client should send / Server should request:
- a save at each item / money movement (+/-) on a character
- a save at least every 5 minutes
And so, when the server will crash, you won't have players complaining because the 50 golds and stuff they transferred from (A) to (B) is not on any character anymore.

Evidence

I had items on my character (A), transferred to character (B), and after the server crash, items are not on any of these characters. Pretty simple save mechanic which is not working here.
