Item " Pelt Punch" says in tooltip that "Usable In Left Hand".
While trying to put in left hand, it says "The Pelt Punch cant go there!"
1. Get "Pelt Punch"
2. Try to Equip in Left Hand slot.

It is left hand item. So all melee slots should be available for it.
