While killing the Danoin Clerks in Lyonesse a Rustic Clerk Cap dropped. I was unable to salvage the item and I have more than enough skill to do so.
1. Have enough skill to salvage the cap.
2. Attempt to do so.

Simply recode the cap so than players are able to salvage it.
Regular drop items are always able to be salvaged or there is a message on them which states that they cannot be dropped, sold, etc.
