0722: Some Pain Delved items on Albion not having correct bonus%

Description

Pain Delved cloth armors drops in Llyn Barfog from Bwgan Fisherman.

Pain Delved Vest dropped with 15% bonus.
Pain Delved Boots, Leggings dropped with 10% bonus.
Pain Delved Helm, Gloves, Sleeves dropped with 0% bonus. These should have 10%.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a level 25 character
2. Farm a lot of Bwgan fishermen in Llyn Barfog
3. Inspect Pain Delved Helm, Gloves, Sleeves have 0% bonus.

Intended Behavior

Pain Delved Helm, Gloves and Sleeves should have 10% bonus on them. Just like the Boots and Leggings.
