Description

Killed the High Lord Modolfr and it dropped the Shadowy Regal Cloak.
this drop should have different stats.
Stats prior to patch 1.107:
Magical Bonuses:
Stealth: +4 pts
Constitution: 7 pts
Quickness: 7 pts
Utility: 29.30
Bonus Level: 20

new stats should be
Stealth: +4 pts
Constitution: 9 pts
Quickness: 7 pts
Matter Resist: 3%

Reproduction Steps

1. kill the lord
2. get the drop
3. see the stats, and change please
