I've ignored a certain player, and I still his talk in guild chat. Is verified that he can't see my chat so its working in reverse.
1. ignore someone on hibernia (probably all realms)
2. wait for them to say something

Should work where person being ignored by a player is not seen by that player, not the other way around :-P.
Well, there are bunch of people in tir na nog adventurers guild chat that helped me figured out what was going on, mainly the persons real life friend sitting in same room as him.
