0065: /where command seems to be random

Description

When asking the VIking Dreng at the road from Mularn to Haggerfel /where Aegan was for the Letter quest the 2 guards pointed in opposite directions. Not sure if its just the one guard or this is a bigger issue, would require some further testing with other guards and NPC names.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Mularn, go to the road heading to Haggerfel
2. select one of the guards and type /where aegan
3. select the other guards and type /where aegan
4. One of the guards will point out towards the fort, the others point correctly in towards Mularn.

Intended Behavior

All guards should point the same way. Aegan is in Mularn and all of the guards there should be able to identify him.

Evidence

This is a command for finding NPCs useful for completing quests, the guards should all point in the same direction, towards the NPC, not away from him...
