When using quickcast as an enchanter, you are able to summon a pet within 1.5 seconds. The default cast speed is suppose to be 6 seconds. Quickcast's delve specifically states that it DOES NOT affect cast speed and that your cast speed bonus from dex is not applied.
1. Use an enchanter to summon your pet.
2. Notice the time it takes.
3. Now do #1 above USING quickcast.
The spell speed should be the same duration.
Quickcast is only meant to make a spell non-interruptable.
Check the Delve on quickcast.
Check the speed for summoning an enchanter pet.
Be observant when watching how fast you summon the pet with and without quickcast.
