The hibernia quest A friend for Gogarty (http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?realm=Hibernia&cquest=2593) was present and functional in Uthgard v1.0. Today in beta you cannot get the quest from start NPC Aideen in Ardee however the TNN Crier still post it under his headline "work".
1. Implementation of old and known quest from Uthgard 1.0 which back then was clearly functional and good.

Implement and/or correct the start NPC so the quest can be started and finished properly.
The quest has been present in old Uthgard and it was clearly functional.
