Description

The Skeletal Legionnaire and Skeletal Centurion in Cornwall don't drop the Roman Tactician Bracer.

Reproduction Steps

1. Level up to 18+
2. Travel to Cornwall
3. Kill Skeletal Legionnaire and Skeletal Centurion

Intended Behavior

The Roman Tactician Bracer should be added to their loot table
