Description

Saydyn, the healer in Huginfel, does not offer the "Waking of the Fallen" Quest.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Saydyn
2. Try to receive quest
3. Be disappointed :(

Intended Behavior

This quest should be added so that players can receive the mighty "Toe Bone Belt"!
