caster pets (on Theurg and Enchanter confirmed so far) move forward between casts
1. send/summon caster pet and let it attack mob

casting pets should not be moving once they are close enough to a mob and start casting
playing DAoC and especially pet classes for a long time now, caster should not be moving while in casting range to the mob they are attacking
