Upon completing my quest chain, Chains of Death, level 30 quest i didnt get my shield reward from my trainer, and i didnt get netherworldy cloak from the NPC near cornwall station when she explodes.
Also the Giant Skeletons that attack you are invisible

2. Follow quests,.
3. Watch yourself not get any rewards or LOOT
Implement quest Reward
Fix it so that the mob Erich drops the Netherwordly Cloak,
and the quest gives you the shield at the end.
My character Anthrax is missing both of these items.
