The current /changelog states that there's a 20% XP bonus for XPing near a keep that is owned by your realm and a 40% XP bonus for XPing near a keep that your guild owns. However, the actual bonuses are 15% and 30%, respectively. Either the changelog is out of date or the bonuses are not being properly applied.
1. Have your realm capture a keep.
2. Kill a mob near the keep to check the bonus XP.
3. Have your guild claim the keep.
4. Kill a mob near the keep to check the bonus XP.
Either the XP bonuses received should be increased to 20% and 40% or the /changelog should be updated to state that the bonuses are 15% and 30%.
