4845: Cluricaun spawn in Connacht bugged

Description

The Cluricaun spawn in Connacht (/loc 10k, 35k) has started acting strange. The cluricauns are not running around their path dancing. They stand in a group. If you AOE pull them and they chase, once they stop following they start randomly teleporting around and walking in from different directions. If you target them they usually disappear before you can attack or it tells you they are out of range even if they appear in range.

Reproduction Steps

1. Take a level 24 character to Connacht /loc 10k, 35k
2. Observe Cluricaun spawn
3. If they are standing in one group AOE pull the group and run. Once they disengage go back and observe random behaviour.

Intended Behavior

I'm not sure. It was working a few weeks ago. Perhaps some sort of reset or a server reboot?

Evidence

Sorry I only know that they use to dance around a path around the two houses. Now they just stand around and wrap from place to place. I can't find a video of their normal behaviour.
