Random generated (ROG) short bows in Hibernia don ´t have stats on it. This is wrong as they should have stats like all other random generated drops in the frontier/rvr dungeons.
1. Create a Char in Hibernia lvl. 20+ that is able to kill mobs in frontier
2. Go and kill mobs in frontier as long as a short bow drops, or check your database about it
3. Recognize that short bows don ´t apply any stats (note the recurve bows are fine, it ´s only the short bows that are broken)
As all ROG (Unique) drops have stats, these short bows should have stats too, it ´s just a small bug but it ´s obviously not working as intended.
