If you charm the "Cleric" monster in the Albion dungeon "Hall of the Corrupt", it will start healing once a group member reaches 50% HP.
Unfortunately, this heal only targets the cleric herself - even though the trigger to her heal is someone else falling to below 50% HP.
1. Charm a "Cleric" as sorcerer.
2. Let a group member fall below 50% health.
3. Observe the "Cleric" healing herself - resisting, because she is at full health.
She should have the same AI as most other healing pets, healing party members at 50% (or 75%) health.
No other pets behave this way, and other party members thought it was weird, too.
