My dad and I play uthgard, recently his computer crashed and he had to rebuild it, he is having trouble getting things working, but firstly he cannot access the forum to get more help. Please reply to his email, the only reason I am posting this is because he cannot access the forum, so cannot get help. He already has a lvl 35 on that account and does not want to start from scratch!

I am unable to either login to my account or create an account on the forums.
I have an account, username reussere, email is reusser.ed@gmail.com
Clicking on forgot username and the email listed above gets a new mail describing 'reussere' as my username. This verifies that the username and email are connected inside your system. Then if I enter reussere in the username and 'forgot password' I get a screen asking me to enter my email, which I did. I then get a message indicating that this email address is not known to the system.
If I try and create a new account, every attempt at using my email username or anything I have used in the past fails because the system has already used them. In other words, all of the passwords, usernames, etc. that I have remembered cannot be reused. I suppose I could create a brand new entity and username to get on the forums, but this seems excessive.
Well the first thing he needs is to be able to reset his password. Entering reusser.ed@gmail.com WORKS for "retreive my username" but does NOT work for "reset my password" leaving him stuck.
