Description

seithkona initiate in Gotar drops a lvl 0 bracer that has item window, but no stats or being an actual item.

Reproduction Steps

1. kill seithkona initiate in Gotar
2. get drop "initiate's bracelet"
3. delve information and see its a empty lvl 0 bracer

Intended Behavior

it should just be regular sell loot, not a weird broken bracer.
