4658: Animist turrets dont work after zoning

Description

When fighting a 1on1 at the entrance of Dodens Gruva my opponent jumped in and out of the dungeon several times. I decided to mirror his behaviour and next time he jumped in I jumped out and shroomed the outside entrance of Dodens. He followed and immediately headed for the entrance again to get away from my shrooms. I jumped in knowing I had another stack there except they refused to do anything.

They stopped working after zoning, essentially leaving me defenseless and resulting in my imminent death.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create shrooms in one zone
2. Jump out of zone
3. Jump back in and check if the shrooms still work

Intended Behavior

Shrooms in particular fnf turrets should still work after zoning or at least reconnect with their owner and restart working when you jump back into a zone.

Evidence

How could this not be a bug? At least I found no threads descibing the problem back in the day, hence it probably wasnt a thing on live.
