There is an incorrect mob spawn with name "New Mob" near loc 60655,39869 in Silvermine Mts. See screenshot, it is not attackable.
1. Make character.
2. Travel to loc 60655,39869 in Silvermine Mts.
3. Observe mob spawn.
Probably just a bad database entry to be removed or replace with a sheevra miner spawn (the main mobs in the area).
No need for proof, fairly obviously not intended. :)
