Glasny the Teleporter doesn't come down to the teleport pad correctly any more. Glasny is continually in various wrong locations.
1. Go to Druim Ligen
2. Buy necklace, wait on pad
3. Never see Glasny the teleporter because she doesn't come down to the pad any more to teleport. She might be anywhere else in Druim Ligen but she generally isn't on the pad any more.
Glasny the teleporter should be on the teleport pad when she casts the teleport spell. She doesn't have to move, you could just increase/decrease the interval between when she casts the teleport spell. However, it would be helpful to have her in the same location every time to teleport.
