The crafted stat buff Elixir's crafted under Alchemy only have a 5 second re-use timer. This is confirmed for at least the Elixir of Strength and Elixir of Fortitude (as shown in my screenshots). My screenshots show the information for each Elixir and also the fact that I managed to use each one within 12 seconds of each other (I highlighted the effect to display the time remaining etc.).
1. Craft any 2 of the stat potions from Alchemy, such as Elixir of Strength
2. Check the re-use timer on each
3. Attempt to use both potions sequentially
As far as I am aware, there should be a 1 minute re-use timer on these potions. The timer should be adjusted accordingly for all of the crafted elixirs/potions form the Alchemy craft.
The screenshots I have attached should confirm that the potions are on 5 second re-use timers rather than 1 minute timers. I used 2 potions within 12 seconds of each other to confirm this.
