umber bears don ´t drop any loot, at least they should drop some ROG items sometimes, or maybe coins. All mobs in frontiers drop some stuff normaly.
1. look for umber bears in breifine
2. kill umber bears
3. note that the umber bears don ´t drop anything
Umber bears should at least drop some ROG Items as they are in frontier and dangerous tooth drop (xp loot). Also Check here

It ´s known that all frontier mobs have at least the ROG loot table. And this mobs should at least dangerous tooth, even if xp loot is not implemented yed
