When using the lvl 2 necromancer deathsight spell, "cry of the dead," no power is being consumed.

It should consume 1 power per use. It is currently not consuming any power (as far as I can tell. power bar is never going down while using it)
I'm not sure how screenshots can help. Should be easily reproducible.
