Banned Accounts houses aren't auto condemned. Many houses in very prime locations are just being wasted because the banned account left several plat on the CM.
Example: Ratheon is perma banned since 16 July but still has a house in Jerevaulx, one of the closest villages to Mid housing entrance, very valuable loc

1. Go to the village of Jerevaulx
2. See that Ratheon still owns a house
3. Verify that his account is perma banned
On live, if an account is inactive for 120 days, the house is condemned. On Uthgard, we should insta condemn the house when the account is banned.
A LOT of banned players have several plat on their CMs. Their houses won't be condemned for YEARS. What a waste of valuable system resources.
