4419: Midgard housing NPCs are "it"

Description

All NPCs in Midgard housing are It (as they are things), instead their correct gender (male-he/female-she)

Reproduction Steps

1. enter housing
2. target NPC
3. check NPC description

Intended Behavior

NPC should be called according their gender, not as things.
