The Skald DD's recast timer is 5 seconds longer than it should be.
1. Create a Skald
2. Use DD's on a monster
3. DD's will show available after 15 seconds but cannot cast for another 5 seconds
DD's should be available to recast after 15 seconds, currently it's a 20 second recast timer.
Tool tips and delve show recast timer of 15 seconds for DD's.
