A majority of the mobs in Keltoi do not attack back after you glitch them. Goblins, banishers and visionaries do attack back. The casting mobs are bugged.
1. Attack mob
2. Stun mob mid cast
3. glitches mob so it doesn't attack back as well as after it respawns it doesn't.
Make the mobs attack back? That is about the only thing I could think would fix it.
Mobs should always attack you back. It is pretty self explanatory.
